Mount Kelly International Limited, the owner of Mount Kelly School Hong Kong, is a private organisation which receives no regular funds from the Hong Kong Government.
The annual payment of the Capital Levy is required for applicants that have not subscribed to a Nomination Certificate. The Capital Levy payment is non-interest bearing, non-refundable and non-transferable.
The current annual Capital Levy charge is HK$50,000 per year per student. The levy amount is reviewed each year.
Individual Nomination Certificate
Parents may subscribe to the Individual Nomination Certificate (INC). The INC is not mandatory however INC holders do receive priority assessment and placement. An INC costs HK$1.92 million and is refundable, transferable and non-depreciating (subject to terms and conditions).
The INC paperwork needs to be completed at the Admissions Office. Payment is required within three business days of signing the contract. Upon receipt of the funds, the Certificate will be issued to the parents for their nominated child.
With any application that has not met the admissions criteria, Mount Kelly School Hong Kong will refund the applicant in full.
